Peaches!!!!!!!

We went to Carter Mountain Orchard last weekend to pick peaches. It is so beautiful there and the peaches were so yummy:) The weather was really nice (a little hot though). There really are some absolutely beautiful places here in Virginia. I made a super yummy peach cobbler on Sunday and now I want to go and get more peaches so I can make it again!!!!!

The kids and Jonathan had a lot of fun being the worm in this apple. I love this one of Jonathan, what a mean worm:) Rylee and Gavin are smiling worms and worms eating the apple (that would be the ones with their mouths wide open:)

The boy set!!!

So I actually started this set before I found out that I was having a boy just in case:) I really love the yarn and how soft it turned out. So this one is the hat and the other two show the blanket.

So apparently we had a scripture lesson a while ago about heaven and hell and it turns out Rylee was listening. We were in the car last week and of course my kids were fighting. Gavin was doing something that was bugging Rylee and all the sudden I hear Rylee say to him, "Gavin, you are so naughty that when you are done in this life you are going to hell." Ya, what do you say to that?

Fun in the Sun

My sister Leslie came to visit us last week and we had a lot of fun playing with her. We were able to go Virginia Beach one day, which we ended up being lucky because it rained the entire drive there and the weather was perfect once we got there. The kids had so much fun. Rylee just loved the water and the waves. There is a really cute picture of her below just coming out of the water right after a wave had overpowered her:) Gavin on the other hand got his feet in the waves one time and would not go back:) He enjoyed the sand the whole time. It's so funny how they can be so different. Thanks for coming Auntie Leslie!!!!!

There is a first for everything!!!

So I know that everyone must be wrong at least once in their life time, and my time has finally come:) Yes I was 100% positive that I was having a little girl, but my little girl has parts that little girls do not have!!!!! But I am happy to say that I was wrong---It's a boy!!!!! Of course right after I find out I am bringing another little guy into this world I take my kids to Costco where Gavin proceeds to punch the checkout lady in the boob---yes the boob!!!!!!! I just about cried. But we are all very excited:)
